We moved from Hawaii to the mainland with a 2 month old baby and a full 40-foot container of household goods. Since we lived outside a port city, the container had to be trucked in and out. This was a complex process that Nicole managed flawlessly from start to finish.

The container was scheduled according to my date and arrived on time in Hawaii. The movers, Hero Movers of Honolulu Hawaii, were outstanding in their care and their efficiency. The car was driven into the container and secured. All of my furniture and my car arrived safely in Colorado. I appreciated the care taken of my car and furniture. I am pleased to have found this less expensive solution to my moving needs.

Our 3 families moved from Montana to the big island of Hawaii. I was handling the logistics of moving our goods which took 2 containers, trying to coordinate with trucking companies and Matson was difficult not knowing direct numbers ect. So when I called Hawaiian Movers and explained what was needed Nicole scheduled everything from container delivery in Montana, shipping on Matson barge, and coordination of container delivery to the island property. Nicole also gave me great tips for loading/unloading containers as well as movers to help with unloading our goods. Nicole was with us every step of the way and checked up on our progress every few days and answered all kinds of questions for us. I wouldn’t attempt this move without Nicole and Hawaiian Movers and highly recommend them for any moving needs. MAHALO!!!!

An amazing experience from start to finish! Nicole helped us navigate and coordinated our move from Oahu to Longmont, CO with ease. We moved a 40ft container and she coordinated delivery of the container on both ends, kept us informed of our container throughout the shipment, and answered all our questions without hesitation. The process could not have been made easier or more straight forward. Nicole, Hawaiian Movers rep, was available via text and always got back to me IMMEDIATELY.

From dust devils in AZ to tropical rainbows on the big island, Nicole was there every step of the way. No matter the time of day, if I had a question, she was there to give or get the answers I needed. She advised me to get my own container where I could prepack my cars ahead of loading day, also load the container as I see fit with both cars & HHG since I was not sharing with another customer. Because I took her advise my cars and HHG arrived in 9 days opposed to the other option of driving and dropping everything off at Long Beach Port were it would have waiting on available shared space. That was expected to take 4-5 weeks for arrival. If your looking to ship anything across the pacific I highly recommend you contact Nicole, she wont steer you in the wrong direction!!

I started to try to do my move from Hilo to rural CA by myself and was hitting roadblocks, no returned calls, exorbitant prices etc. Someone recommended Hawaiian Movers and suddenly things started to fall into place on time and affordable! Nicole walked me through each step, recommended movers to help, drivers who were timely and helpful, schedule updates etc! It’s possible I could have found a less expensive option, but I don’t think so and certainly without a lot more stress and delays on my side. I highly recommend using Nicole. She arranged our first (completely full!) container from the mainland all the way from getting it delivered to our storage unit in Washington, giving great advice on timing, etc., and when it came to delivery at our new home in Kona, she was all over any issues to make sure it arrived exactly when and where we needed it. You really need someone like Nicole to help to reduce your stress during your move to Hawaii. The container shipment is as so smooth and arrived earlier than I anticipated. The pick and delivery was very professional and smooth. I went with another company for shipping my cars and I regret that decision. Nicole was helping me track and get updates even for the cars although it was not shipped with them. They are very customer focused and will make sure you get all the help you need on time.

Moving is stressful! Especially when it’s unexpected and you need quick service. Nicole was exceptional. Start to finish. Communicated all the way thru. My love did not go without its challenges, and Nicole was right there handling every bit of the coordination for me. I was overwhelmed with all of the other things that come with moving from an island to the mainland, she took nearly all the burden off of me, coordinated between the shipping container company to the trucking to the delivery to my door in the mainland. Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service from Nicole. There are so many moving parts (literally) to transporting a shipping container from Hawaii to the East Coast. I would have been completely lost on my own. Nicole worked miracles for me and communicated what she was making happen at every step. From Matson ships to ports to rail connections to the final truck delivery, she stayed out in front of it all!

Nicole is a treasure! We had to move quickly from Maui to California. The moving company that purportedly handled end to end logistics turned out to be incompetent. In desperation, I called Matson. They referred me to Nicole. I called her and explained what we needed. She responded, “ok, here’s what you’re gonna do.” Exactly what I needed! She matched me with movers on both ends and coordinated with them and Matson. We made many changes to the plan as it proceeded, and she made it happen. Can’t be in better hands!
